Version 2.0. Published 8 November 2026. This is the version in force on the website you are reading. A later version replaces this page only when it is published here with a new date.
Terms and Conditions
Daymark publishes these terms for the website you are reading. They tell you how an account is opened, how a credit is recorded, how a document is reviewed, and how a listed title opens.
The mailbox for these terms is support@asinodays.slonik.store. Privacy requests go to privacy@asinodays.slonik.store. Both addresses are taken from the host you are reading, not from a different domain. The legal name, the company number, and the street address of an operator are not stated, because they are not confirmed for this website. These terms do not invent them.
Definitions
- Website means the pages served on the host you are reading, under the wordmark Daymark.
- Account means the record created when registration is accepted. It is a standing account. A temporary account is not created.
- Player means the person who opened the account and whose details are stored on it.
- Balance means the Canadian dollar figure produced from the ledger rows for that account. Amounts are stored in cents.
- Credit means a completed deposit row. Withdrawal means a row asking for an amount to be reviewed. Bonus means a completed row added because an offer applied.
- Opened title means a history row that records the name of a game and the time it was opened. It does not by itself record a stake or a win.
- Verification status means Unverified, Pending, Verified, or Not accepted.
- Message means a record stored from the contact form or the account support form, with its own reference.
What these terms decide
These terms decide who may open an account, how the balance moves, how an offer is added, how a document is reviewed, how limits and exclusion work, and how a complaint is handled. The rules of a title that opens in the game window are the rules of that window. Text on an information page does not replace them. Where this page and a shorter caption disagree, this page wins, except that a stricter limit you already set keeps its stricter number.
Alberta and the marks
Real-money casino games are available only to eligible players physically located in Alberta. Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis regulates gaming in Alberta. Alberta iGaming Corporation conducts and manages online casino gaming offered to players in Alberta. These marks name the organisations. They are not an operator registration for this domain, and the payment marks are not a connected cashier.
These terms do not say that this website holds an Alberta iGaming Corporation registration, an Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis registration, or any other licence. A footer mark is a name and a link. It is not a permit for this host.
Age
You must be 18 or older. The age gate asks you to confirm that before the rest of the website is used. A yes is stored in the cookie dmk_age for 365 days. A no is stored the same way and the pages stay closed. The gate is a confirmation. It is not identity verification.
Registration asks for a date of birth as day, month, and year. A date that makes you younger than 18 is rejected and the account is not created. The date of birth cannot be edited later from the profile. If a document review finds that the date of birth was wrong, the account can be locked and the email blocked. That review is done by a person. The upload form does not decide it.
Opening an account
Registration asks for your full name, email address, password, date of birth, residential street, city, province or territory, postal code, and a Canadian phone number. Every one of those fields is required. If you leave one out, or if the postal code or the phone number does not match the check on the form, the account is not created and the balance does not exist.
The password needs at least 10 characters and both letters and numbers. It is stored as a hash. The password itself is not kept. One email address holds one account. A second registration with the same email is refused. An email that is in an active self-exclusion cannot be registered again.
A field labelled as a company website is not part of the account. If it is filled in, the account is not created. After the account exists, you may change your name, phone number, and residential address. You may not change the email address or the date of birth from the profile form.
You confirm these terms when you register. You may read them first. Opening the account means you accept the version published that day.
Sign-in, lockout, and reset
Sign-in uses the email address and the password. Five wrong passwords for the same email inside 15 minutes lock that email for 15 minutes. The lock is a rule of this website. When it ends, sign-in works again. The lock does not delete the account and does not change the balance.
The session cookie is named dmk_sid. It is HttpOnly. The server ends the session after 30 minutes without a request, or 12 hours after sign-in, whichever comes first. Closing the browser ends the cookie with the browser session. Changing the password signs out other sessions for the same account. The session you used to change it stays signed in.
Forgot password asks for an email address. The screen says that a reset link has been sent, whether or not that email belongs to an account, so the form does not reveal who is registered. If the email does belong to an account, a link that lasts one hour is written to the mail log and handed to the server’s mail program. The token is stored only as a hash. When the hour ends, the link stops working. Delivery into a mailbox depends on that mail program. The screen does not confirm delivery.
Identity documents
A new account is Unverified. You may sign in, set limits, add a credit, and open a title that shows Play while the status is Unverified. A withdrawal is the step that requires a document. While the status is still Unverified, a withdrawal is refused and no withdrawal row is created.
The verification page accepts one JPG, PNG, or PDF file under 8 MB. The website checks the file type. An empty file, a file over 8 MB, or a file of another type is refused and the status stays as it was. A file that passes is stored in a private location, not at a public address, and the status becomes Pending. The form does not set Verified.
A person reviews the file and posts the result on the verification page. The result is Verified or Not accepted. If a note is posted with the result, the page shows that note. There is no separate identity-check company attached to the form. There is no stated number of hours. The rule of this website is that a file in Pending is reviewed, and the result is posted on the account, within 14 days of the upload. That period is a rule of this website. It is not a statutory deadline copied from another operator.
You may send another file if the result is Not accepted or if you are asked for a clearer copy. Sending a file always returns the status to Pending. It does not restore a withdrawal that was already refused.
Where you play
Real-money casino games are available only to eligible players physically located in Alberta. The province you type at registration is your residential address. It is not a measurement of where the browser is. This website does not ask the browser for coordinates, and no geolocation provider is called before a title opens. Opening a title does not prove that you are in Alberta. You may sign in while you are travelling. You are still required to be physically in Alberta when you open a title or add a credit. If you are not, do not open the title and do not add the credit.
The Canadian dollar balance
The cashier is the balance on the account. Amounts are Canadian dollars. You enter a number with up to two decimal places. One cent is the smallest credit the form accepts. This website does not add a fee. No maximum is published apart from a limit you set yourself.
A credit that passes the checks is stored as a completed deposit and is added to the balance immediately. The form does not open a card session, a bank session, or an e-transfer session. It does not ask for a card number, a bank account, or an e-transfer address. Marks in the footer that name payment organisations are not a method. These marks name the organisations. They are not an operator registration for this domain, and the payment marks are not a connected cashier.
A withdrawal cannot be larger than the available balance. While the account is Unverified, the withdrawal is refused. While a self-exclusion is active, a new withdrawal is refused. A withdrawal that is accepted is stored as pending. The amount leaves the available balance at that moment and stays out while the row is pending. The form does not pay the amount out to a bank. A person reviews it and posts the result on the account. The rule of this website is that the result is posted within 14 days. That period is a rule of this website. If the withdrawal is later marked completed, it stays off the balance. The page does not promise a day on which money arrives in a bank, because no bank payment is sent by the form.
The available balance is completed credits, plus completed bonuses, minus pending withdrawals and completed withdrawals. A refused credit or a refused withdrawal is not added to the history.
Offers
The offers in force are the ones printed on the promotions page, and only while today’s date sits inside the dates printed on the offer. Daymark first light matches 50% up to C$100 when the credit is at least C$20. The wagering figure is 25× the bonus. The offer runs until 31 December 2026. Daymark second credit matches 20% up to C$30 when the credit is at least C$20. The wagering figure is 15× the bonus. The offer runs until 31 December 2026.
The first completed credit on the account is the one that can take the welcome match. The next completed credit is the one that can take the reload. A later credit does not take either offer. If the credit is below the minimum printed on the offer, the match is not added. The match is the percentage of the credit, capped at the amount printed on the offer, and it is stored as a completed bonus on the same balance. One welcome and one reload, and only one account.
You must have passed the age gate, and you must be physically in Alberta, to take an offer. An offer is not paid to an account that is in a time-out or a self-exclusion, because a credit is refused in those states and the match follows the credit.
The wagering figure is the figure printed on the offer. It is a condition of the offer. This website records the figure. It does not freeze the balance until a separate playthrough counter reaches that figure. Opening a title records that the title was opened. It does not post a stake against this balance, so there is no counter on this balance for the figure to count. A withdrawal of the balance follows the withdrawal rules above. It is not blocked by a hidden multiple.
An offer that is not on the promotions page is not available, even if it is described somewhere else. If the dates expire, the match stops for credits after that date. A bonus already added stays on the balance. This website can remove an offer for credits that have not yet been made by publishing the change on the promotions page. It does not take back a bonus row that is already completed.
- Daymark first light. Bonus: 50% up to C$100. Wagering: 25× the bonus. Who can take it: One offer of this kind per account. You must clear the age gate and be physically in Alberta. The amount is Canadian dollars on this balance.. Expires 31 December 2026.
- Daymark second credit. Bonus: 20% up to C$30. Wagering: 15× the bonus. Who can take it: One offer of this kind per account. You must clear the age gate and be physically in Alberta. The amount is Canadian dollars on this balance.. Expires 31 December 2026.
Games
A title with Play opens after you sign in, unless a time-out or a self-exclusion is active. Aztec Gems is one of the titles on this website. The title opens in the game window. That window keeps its own session. Opening it does not reduce the Canadian dollar balance, and a result shown inside the window is not added to the balance and is not subtracted from it. The history on the account records that the title was opened. A second open of the same title within two minutes does not add another history row.
A card without Play stays a catalogue entry: a name, a studio, and artwork. It does not start a round. Search and filters only look through the list. They do not create a title.
This website does not publish a return-to-player percentage, a hit rate, or a paytable figure. The game window shows its own game. These terms do not state a percentage, and an information page must not be read as one.
This website does not publish a progressive jackpot pool or a jackpot winner. A figure inside a game window stays in that window. It is not a prize this website adds to the Canadian dollar balance.
This website does not run a tournament, a leaderboard, a buy-in, or a points club. The offers are the ones in the section above.
Blackjack, roulette, and other table titles
In blackjack, number cards count as their face value, face cards count as 10, and an ace counts as 1 or 11. The aim is to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. In roulette, the result follows the wheel. Outside bets include 1–18 and 19–36 where the title uses that layout. Those sentences describe the games. They do not start a hand or a spin by themselves. A listed title opens when its card shows Play. Bet limits are not printed beside the name. A baccarat title is listed only when it is in the catalogue. Video poker, where it is listed, deals a hand and lets the player hold cards before a draw. The paytable is the one in the game, not a table printed on this page.
Live dealer
This website does not present a live dealer, a video stream of a table, a seat count, or a table limit. The live casino page describes the category. It is not a studio feed. Blackjack and roulette that are listed are on the table-games page, and they open only when Play is shown.
Limits, time-out, and self-exclusion
After you sign in, the responsible gambling page in the account can store a daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit in whole Canadian dollars, a loss limit in whole Canadian dollars, a session limit in minutes, and a reality check in minutes. Leave a field blank and that limit is not set. A daily limit cannot be higher than a weekly limit, and a weekly limit cannot be higher than a monthly limit, when those fields are filled in.
A stricter limit applies immediately. A looser limit, or clearing a limit, applies 24 hours later. Until that hour, the old number stays. The day starts at midnight in America/Edmonton. The week starts on Monday at midnight in that timezone. The month starts on the first of the month at midnight. A credit above the room left in any of those windows is refused, and the balance is not changed.
A loss limit counts game-history rows that carry a negative net. Opening a title does not write a net, so an open by itself does not increase the loss counter. When the recorded losses reach the limit, a further credit is refused.
A session limit signs you out when that many minutes have passed since sign-in. A reality check, after the minutes you set, shows the balance and lets you continue or sign out. Continuing starts the next interval.
A time-out lasts 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from the moment you confirm it. You are signed out. Sign-in is refused until the time ends. A credit is refused during the time-out. You cannot shorten it from the account.
Self-exclusion can be 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or with no end date. It signs you out, sets the account to self-excluded, and blocks that email from a new registration while it lasts. A credit and a new withdrawal are refused. When a dated exclusion reaches its end, the next visit clears the status and sign-in works again. An exclusion with no end date stays in force. It is not shortened from the account, and a support message does not lift it by itself. This website does not send the exclusion to a provincial register. No register endpoint is connected. The organisations on the responsible gambling page are separate from this account.
Conduct
You will not open an account in another person’s name, share the password, or try to change a ledger row except through the forms. You will not use a script to hammer sign-in. The lockout above is the consequence the website applies. This website may refuse a credit or a withdrawal that does not pass the checks on this page. It does not publish a dollar threshold for a report to an authority, and the forms do not transmit such a report. Documents are kept so a person can review the account.
Complaints
A complaint goes through the contact form or the support form in the account, or by email to support@asinodays.slonik.store. Say what happened, the account email, and the amount if money is involved. A valid form stores the message and shows a reference on the screen. The reference is the identifier of the complaint. The form does not also send that reference by email.
The rule of this website is that a stored complaint about the account, a credit, a withdrawal, a game open, or verification receives an answer within 14 days. A complaint you mark as a dispute about these terms receives an answer within 30 days. If a detail is missing, you are asked once, and you have 14 days to supply it. The answer period pauses until you reply or those 14 days end. You may appeal the answer once, within 14 days of the answer, to the same mailbox. These periods are rules of this website. They are not copied from a regulator’s form.
The answer is posted to the email on the account or, when you are signed in, on the account. This website does not file the complaint with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis or Alberta iGaming Corporation for you. You may contact those organisations yourself. These terms do not name a courthouse, because a legal name and a registered office are not confirmed for this website. Nothing on this page removes a right Alberta law does not allow to be removed.
Closing the account
There is no close button. A request to close the account is a message under the complaints rule, sent from the account email. The rule of this website is that the request is actioned within 14 days. A pending withdrawal stays in review. A credit is not accepted after you ask to close. An active self-exclusion is not lifted by the closure request, and the email stays blocked until the exclusion ends. The privacy policy says how long the record is kept.
Risk and liability
Gambling involves financial risks. Play responsibly and only spend what you can afford to lose. Nothing on this website promises a win, a profit, or a result inside a game window. The balance is the ledger. A result inside a game window is not a debt of this website and is not a credit on the balance.
This website is not liable for a loss of access caused by your device, your network, or a title that fails to load in the game window, except where Alberta law does not allow that liability to be limited. It is liable for a completed ledger row that the forms themselves recorded. Information pages can be wrong about a title that has no Play control. They are not a stake.
Photographs, names, and artwork
The text and layout of this website are for use of the website. Studio artwork belongs to the studios. A stock photograph, where one is shown, is atmosphere. It is not a picture of a casino this website operates. You may not copy the layout and present it as another operator. Names of other casino brands are not the name of this website.
Law
The website is directed at Alberta, Canada. These terms are read under the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply, including the rules that protect consumers and that cannot be waived. They do not choose a courthouse.
Changes
A material change is posted on this page at least 14 days before it applies, with the new date at the top. That notice period is a rule of this website. A change does not rewrite a completed ledger row, a limit already in force, or an exclusion already started. If you do not agree, write to support@asinodays.slonik.store before the date and stop using the account. Continued use after the date is acceptance of the new version. A correction of a typographical error may be posted without the 14 days when it does not change a right or a number.
